MINDFULNESS RETREAT

WHAT TO EXPECT

Reconnect with yourself through a deeply immersive experience in yoga and mindfulness.
Throughout the retreat, we’ll explore a variety of practices rooted in traditional Yoga philosophy, creating a balanced flow between Asanas - Pranayama and Yoga Nidra.

​Typical day activities:

  • Sunrise meditation walks

  • 75min Vinyasa morning class

  • Light brekfast with seasonal fruits, herbal tea/coffee

  • Free time to get to know each other, enjoy the beach, relax in our garden and explore the area

  • Sunset / Evening gentle Asana Class followed by 90min Pranayama and Yoga Nidra session by the beach

  • one Vegan / Vegeterian meal a day

... and Surprise Group Activities!

The importance of being close to nature is proven day by day. In this retreat we are adding  hiking trails combined with meditation walks. We will discover the beauty of Peloponnesus hidden paths , learn the local flora and fauna and breathe all the fresh air!
