MINDFULNESS RETREAT

Join us for a deeply immersive experience in yoga and mindfulness designed to help you reconnect with your inner self and restore balance.

Throughout the retreat, we’ll explore a rich blend of traditional Yoga practices and philosophy, weaving together Asana, Pranayama, Shatkarmas (yogic cleansing techniques), and Yoga Nidra to cultivate clarity, vitality, and inner peace.

​Typical day activities:

  • Sunrise meditation walk — awakening the senses and connecting with nature

  • Morning Vinyasa practice (75 min) — dynamic flow to energize body and mind

  • Light breakfast with seasonal fruits and herbal tea or coffee

  • Shatkarmas / Yogic cleansing — gentle purifying techniques to harmonize the body’s energy systems (optional but highly recommended)

  • Free time to relax by the beach, unwind in our garden, connect with others, or explore the surroundings

  • Sunset / Evening gentle Asana class followed by Pranayama and Yoga Nidra (90 min) by the beach — a deep journey into relaxation and inner awareness

  • One nourishing vegan or vegetarian meal lovingly prepared each day

SPRING DETOX YOGA RETREAT IN GREECE

This retreat is a deep reset for your whole Body-Mind-Soul system — gently guided and carefully held by an experienced, heart-led team.

 

Set in the beautiful region of Porto Cheli southern Greece, directly by the sea, the retreat is held in quiet, sun-filled landscape that naturally invites you to slow down and breathe a little deeper.

 

Together, we weave modern Ayurveda, mindful yoga, nourishing food, and devotional sound into a space that supports your whole system 

Digestion strengthens. The nervous system settles. Clarity and joy begin to return. Life feels lighter and more joyful .

 

Each morning begins in stillness with a sunrise meditative walk guided by Magda, followed by her energising morning yoga  classes to awaken the body in a natural, unforced way. From there, warm healing meals support gentle detoxification and renewed vitality.

 

Daily Ayurveda teachings by Anja  offer practical tools for lasting balance, while Steph brings a dedicated focus on hormones — helping you understand how rhythm, nourishment, stress, and rest directly influence hormonal health and emotional wellbeing.

 

Afternoons are spacious and free for sunbathing, swimming, journaling, resting, connecting, or simply integrating the experience at your own pace. 

 

For those who wish to deepen their journey, personalised Ayurvedic consultations and traditional Ayurvedic massage are available as optional additions.

 

Evenings soften into restorative Yin yoga, meditation, and heart-opening Kirtan guided by Anja, where the mind quiets and the heart opens naturally.

In this retreat, we’ll explore the unspoiled beauty of the Peloponnese through hiking trails and meditative walks, where movement meets mindfulness. Discover hidden paths, learn about the local flora and fauna, and breathe in the fresh, healing air of Greece.

  • Morning Vinyasa Flow to awaken and energize your body

  • 3 guided hikes and 1 morning meditation walk through the stunning Peloponnesian landscape

  • Pranayama and Yoga Nidra sessions in nature, woven into our hiking experiences

  • Evening gentle Asana practice followed by deep relaxation with Pranayama & Yoga Nidra (90 min)

  • Sunset Yoga by the beach, under the soothing rhythm of the waves

  • Free time to unwind, connect with others, swim, or simply enjoy the peace of our garden

This retreat is the perfect balance between movement and restoration — designed to keep both body and mind awake, vibrant, and present throughout your holidays.

Through dynamic physical activity followed by the calming benefits of Yoga, you will leave feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply revitalized.

  • 3 longer hikes and 3 meditation walk at sunrise

  • Morning Asana and Pranayama session (75 min)

  • Evening Pilates/Yogilates session (60 min) followed by 30 min relaxation or Yoga Nidra

  • Sunset Yoga by the beach under the healing sound of the waves

  • Free time to connect, enjoy the beach, relax in our garden, and explore the surrounding area

  • Light breakfast with seasonal fruits and herbal tea/coffee

  • Wholesome vegan/vegetarian dinner

  • 7-night accommodation (shared or private)

  • 2-minute walk from the beach

AWAKENING OUR SENSES

Throughout these six days, we will weave together the wisdom of Yogic Philosophy and practice with theatre exercises inspired by our five senses. This unique combination will help us cultivate deeper self-awareness, connect with our subconscious, and rediscover the way we truly experience the world around us — through the Self.

  • Morning Vinyasa class and Pranayama 75min

  • Evening Theatre workshop, each one focused on one sense at a time, followed by Yoga Nidra 120min

  • Meditation walks during sunrise

  • Sunset Yoga by the beach under the healing sound of the waves

  • Free time to get to know each other, enjoy the beach, relax in our garden, and explore the area
