DETOX YOGA & AYURVEDA RETREAT - DAILY RHYTHM
23-28 April
30 April-5 May
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each day of the Detox Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat is carefully structured to support gentle purification, deep nourishment, and nervous system regulation. Mornings begin in silence with a sunrise meditation walk, followed by traditional yogic cleansing practices (shatkarmas) to awaken digestion and vitality. An activating yet mindful pranayama and asana practice supports detoxification through breath, twists, and conscious movement, preparing the body for the day ahead.
Nourishment is central to the experience, with warm, light Ayurvedic meals designed to kindle digestive fire (Agni) and reduce toxins (ama). Late mornings are dedicated to Ayurveda education, offering practical insights into digestion, daily rhythms, seasonal balance, and sustainable lifestyle practices.
The afternoon unfolds as spacious free time for rest, integration, and reflection, alongside individual Ayurvedic consultations and personalized wellness guidance. Evenings invite slowing down with grounding, cooling yoga practices, followed by an early, easily digestible dinner to support deep rest and assimilation.
The day gently closes with Yoga Nidra, guiding participants into profound relaxation and inner healing, while quiet evenings and early bedtimes encourage restoration, clarity, and balance. This daily rhythm creates a holistic container for detoxification, self-connection, and lasting wellbeing.
